For every domain registered with us you can setup a registrar lock and remove it.

Please login to customer area following that link: https://www.domflow.it/clientarea.php

Press "Domains" then "My Domains"



Now select desired domain and press "Manage Domain"









Press on "Registrar Lock" and press "Enable Registrar Lock" to lock the domain and "Disable Registrar Lock" to unlock it. Once unlocked the domain will be transferred using EPP key.
