1 – Types of costs
In the SeFlow Global Cloud portal, resources and services can be billed with different methods. The main ones are:
- Hourly cost. This cost applies to all resources, such as vCPU, RAM and storage, billed on an hourly basis or fraction. You can pay for them even for a single hour of service.
- Monthly 30 day cost. You pay this cost in advance to cover the following 30 days, 730 hours, to use the selected resource. Resources billed monthly are charged in advance even if used for only one hour.
- Calendar month cost. You pay this cost in advance. It covers the period from activation until the end of the month. These costs do not depend on the number of hours of usage. They are required by software license vendors. The Paris Berlin Rome GMT +1 timezone is used as a reference.
- Annual cost. This cost is paid in advance and covers one year from activation.
- One time cost. This cost applies when technical interventions are required.
- Pay Per Use cost, PPU. This cost is charged only when the service is actually used.
2 – Cost type applied to the service or resource
Each resource or service in SeFlow Global Cloud has a specific billing model. Below is an example including all fields.
| Service or resource | Hourly | Monthly 30 days | Calendar month | Annual | One time | Pay Per Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

The symbol ● indicates that the billing model applies to that resource.
3 – Credit reservation at the start of operations
When you request an activation, upgrade or renewal, the credit needed to cover the cost of that operation is reserved. If the operation is not completed or cancelled, the reserved credit is released and becomes available again.
4 – Use of credit for service renewal
If your account has sufficient credit, active services will renew automatically at their expiration regardless of the billing model. If you want to stop a service, you must delete it manually before expiration or it will renew anyway.
5 – Credit validity
Unused credit not yet associated with a service can be used for new purchases or renewals.
