What to Do If You Lose Access to Your Cloud Account

There are two types of credentials required to access SeFlow Global Cloud services:

Recovering Access Credentials for the Administrative Portal

If you have lost your administrative access credentials, follow these steps to recover them:

  1. Go to https://my.seflow.net/password/reset
  2. Enter the email address used during registration
  3. You will receive a temporary code via email to reset your password

Recovering Access Credentials for the Operational Dashboard

Lost Account (Account Recovery)

  1. Go to the management panel at https://admin.services.seflow.cloud
  2. Select Recover Account located above the Account field
  3. In the Recover Account area, enter the email address used when registering your Cloud account
If you enter an incorrect email address, an error message will appear: "Please check that the email is correct."
  1. Click RECOVER ACCOUNT
  2. You will receive an email sent to your registered address containing your Cloud account information

Lost Password (Password Reset)

  1. Go to the management panel at https://admin.services.seflow.cloud
  2. Select Forgot Password? located above the Password field
  3. In the Password Reset Request area, enter your Cloud account in the Account field
  4. Click RESET PASSWORD
  5. You will receive an SMS at the mobile number registered to your Cloud account containing a code (e.g. gbKrF301!s)
The code is valid for 4 hours, after which it can no longer be used.
  1. In the Change Password area, enter:
  • The code received via SMS
  • The new password
  • The confirmation of the new password
Click CHANGE PASSWORD You will receive an email at your registered address confirming the password change
