The SeFlow Global Cloud includes two main portals:

Both portals are complementary and allow full management of SeFlow Cloud services.

Accessing the Administrative Panel and Its Functions

The administrative panel is available at https://my.seflow.net.

From this portal, you can purchase SeFlow services, manage payments, top up Cloud credit, and open support tickets for both technical and administrative requests.

Access is done through the account created during the subscription of any SeFlow service and is protected by two-factor authentication. The 2FA setup is required on first login and can be configured using an app such as Duo or Google Authenticator.

If the mobile device is lost or the authentication app is uninstalled, the backup recovery code can be used. If the backup code is also lost, you can contact SeFlow support to receive assistance in unlocking your account.

Accessing the Dashboard

The dashboard is the operational portal of SeFlow Cloud, available at https://admin.services.seflow.cloud.

Login credentials are automatically sent when the service is activated.

You can also access the dashboard from the administrative portal: open the SeFlow Global Cloud product and click on “Access and Manage SeFlow Cloud.” You will be automatically logged into the operational portal.

Within the dashboard, you can change your password. Changing it will not affect Single Sign-On access.

The same dashboard credentials can also be used when installing the SeFlow Cloud management app. During setup, simply enter these credentials to manage your servers and applications.

The dashboard also allows enabling an additional OTP code. This can be activated from the main dashboard page by selecting “Enable OTP Code” and following the on-screen instructions.
