SeFlow Global Cloud is SeFlow’s cloud platform and is mainly composed of two portals:

An Android and iOS app is also available for complete service management.

Administrative management

The my.seflow.net portal is the administrative interface of the cloud. Access requires two-factor authentication. In this section, you can:

  • manage your credit and top-ups
  • set low credit notifications
  • view administrative logs
  • check all top-up and low credit email notifications
  • download top-up invoices
  • purchase new SeFlow services from the Shop area
  • request technical support and contact our staff directly

Operational dashboard

The creation and management of virtual machines and cloud services are handled from the operational dashboard, accessible at admin.services.seflow.cloud or directly from the administrative area.

Within this dashboard, you can:

  • view usage, credit, and expense statistics
  • create and manage Cloud VPS and Cloud Servers
  • use Database as a Service
  • manage backups and other infrastructure services

You can also access the dashboard via the iOS and Android apps, available on the Apple Store and Google Play. The direct download link is also available in the administrative dashboard.

Access management

SeFlow Global Cloud uses separate access for its two portals. This allows it to be used efficiently in organizations with distinct departments.

The my.seflow.net portal is mainly intended for the administrative department. From here, you can create sub-users with specific permissions, allowing access only to the required features. You can therefore:

  • grant access to the administrative department for financial management
  • grant access to the technical department only for operational purposes

The dashboard at admin.services.seflow.cloud is designed for technical management. It has a separate link and login credentials (username and password) provided at activation. An OTP code can also be enabled for increased security. This dashboard is intended exclusively for system administrators or staff responsible for managing the servers. It does not display payments, top-ups, or any administrative information.

Log management

Administrative and technical logs are separated for clarity and security.

From the my.seflow.net portal, in the service details under “View logs”, you can find:

  • all top-up operations
  • all administrative notifications sent (credit top-ups, low credit alerts, contact and threshold changes)

Operational logs for the creation, management, or deletion of virtual machines are available from the admin.services.seflow.cloud dashboard. They include:

  • detailed costs for each purchased cloud component
  • total expenses over the past 30 days
  • forecasted costs for the current infrastructure
